Varsity Soccer Performance & Program Governance

There is nothing quite like the electric hum of high school soccer—the crisp evening air under the Friday night floodlights, the roar of the student section, and the fierce dedication of young athletes pouring their hearts into every tackle and sprint.

For the coaches who mentor these players, the parents who never miss a kickoff, and the student-athletes chasing their dreams of Varsity minutes and collegiate play, every single moment counts. Yet for too long, high school soccer programs have been held back by crumpled paper clipboards, scattered spreadsheets, and guesswork on the touchline.

Today, we are thrilled to unveil the October 2026 Objective 11 Platform Release—our most coach-friendly, athlete-centric update ever.

We have reimagined the entire high school program experience from the ground up: introducing our signature 6-Pillar Athletic & Technical Hexagon, Shareable College Recruiter Scorecards, an interactive 2D Matchday Tactics Board & Touchline Telestrator, Athlete Self-Service Profiles with 1-Tap Coach Approval, and the 18-Match GHSA Cap Tracker.

Here is a look at how Objective 11 brings pro-academy polish and clarity to high school pitches everywhere.

1. The 6-Pillar Athletic & Technical Hexagon: Celebrating the Whole Athlete

Every player brings a unique spark to the pitch. Some have blistering recovery speed down the wing; others have the technical composure to unlock a packed midfield with a single pass. Yet traditional tryout notes often reduce dynamic student-athletes to a single subjective impression.

Objective 11 brings every player's complete identity to life through our 6-Pillar Athletic & Technical Hexagon.

Designed to mirror the player radar cards used by professional scouting departments, the Hexagon gives every athlete a clear picture of their strengths and growth areas across three Physical and three Technical dimensions:

  • Pace (PAC): First-step burst and open-field recovery speed to win footraces and stretch defensive lines.
  • Agility (AGI): Quick deceleration, sharp changes of direction, and balance in tight spaces.
  • Engine (ENG): Stamina, work rate, and endurance to dominate the final fifteen minutes of the match.
  • Passing (PAS): First-touch control, distribution tempo, and accuracy over short combinations and long switches.
  • Dribbling (DRI): Close ball mastery at speed and confidence taking on defenders 1v1.
  • Shooting (SHT): Finishing composure, placement in the corners, and shot power under pressure.

The Discipline (DIS) Shield: Honoring Culture & Commitment

Great high school teams aren't built on talent alone—they are built on reliability, character, and accountability. Alongside the six on-field pillars, every player card features the Discipline (DIS) Shield.

The Discipline Shield recognizes the habits coaches value most: showing up for training, being on time, and maintaining composure on matchday. When student-athletes see their commitment to the team rewarded right on their player card, culture takes care of itself.

Built for Growing Athletes: Personal Best Meets Current Form

Every teenager has an off day—whether from exam week stress, a growth spurt, or a rainy Tuesday afternoon on heavy grass. Objective 11 balances an athlete's Personal Best Ceiling with their Current Form so a single tough practice never wipes out their hard-earned progress, while still rewarding players who show up and improve week after week.

2. Shareable Player Scorecards: Putting Athletes on the College Recruiting Radar

For student-athletes with dreams of playing in college, getting noticed by college coaches is harder than ever. College recruiters receive hundreds of unverified emails every week, and most families don't know how to package their athlete's measurables and match stats in a format scouts immediately trust.

Objective 11 solves this with Shareable Public Player Scorecards.

With a single toggle, a player and their family can activate a clean, verified digital Player Scorecard link built specifically for college recruiters and showcase directors. Each scorecard highlights:

  • The athlete's coach-approved profile photo, position, squad level, and jersey number.
  • Their live 6-Pillar Athletic & Technical Hexagon and Discipline Shield.
  • Verified Personal Best combine badges alongside their season match record (appearances, minutes, goals, assists, and clean sheets).

And because student-athlete safety always comes first, every player profile is strictly private by default. A player's photo and scorecard are never visible to the public unless the athlete enables their Public Recruiter Scorecard—giving families complete peace of mind.

3. Athlete Self-Service Photos with One-Tap Coach Approval

Players love seeing their own headshot on their digital player card—it builds immediate pride and buy-in across the locker room. Previously, putting photos on a 60-player Varsity and JV roster meant hours of a coach chasing down image files and cropping photos at midnight.

Now, athletes simply log into their Player Portal from their phone and upload their own photo in seconds.

Before any player-submitted photo ever appears on a roster, depth chart, or scorecard, it lands in a 1-Tap Coach Approval Queue on the Roster screen. Coaches can review pending uploads in one place and tap Approve or Reject in a single click—taking all the administrative work off the coaching staff while making sure nothing silly ever makes it onto the team sheet.

4. Master the Matchday: Interactive 2D Tactics Board & Touchline Telestrator

Whether you are preparing for a region rival on Thursday afternoon or making a critical adjustment at halftime, visual clarity on the touchline wins matches.

Our new Interactive 2D Matchday Tactics Board turns any tablet or laptop into a pro-level tactical command center:

  • Instant Formation Presets: Switch effortlessly between 4-3-3, 3-4-2-1, 3-5-2, 4-2-3-1, and 4-4-2 shapes.
  • 1-Tap Auto-Fill from Your Live Depth Chart: Automatically populate your Starting XI with your top-rated eligible starters at every position in one click.
  • The Touchline Telestrator: Draw movement arrows, passing channels, and pressing traps directly on the pitch during pre-match chalk talks or halftime huddles.

5. 360° Player Dossiers, Live Depth Charts & GHSA 18-Match Cap Tracking

High school coaches juggle Varsity lineups, Junior Varsity development, and state eligibility rules all at once. Objective 11 ties all of it together automatically:

  • Unified Live Depth Chart & Player Dossiers: Click any player on your roster or depth chart to open their complete 360° Player Dossier—combining their 6-Pillar Hexagon, combine progression history, attendance record, and matchday stats in one view.
  • 18-Match GHSA Cap Tracker: For Georgia programs, developing promising JV players by swinging them up to Varsity is a delicate balancing act under the state's 18-match limit. Objective 11 tracks every Varsity and JV cap automatically, giving coaches and parents total clarity on how each player's season appearances are being managed before playoffs arrive.

6. Designed for the Pitch: "Today's Clipboard" & Sunlight-Ready Mobile Scoring

Coaching happens on the grass, not behind a desk. We rebuilt our mobile Station Monitor around the real workflow of a coaching staff on a busy afternoon:

  • "Today's Clipboard": When scheduling a practice session, coaches pick just the 1 to 3 stations they plan to run that day. When assistant coaches open the Station Monitor on their phone at practice, it automatically opens to the next upcoming session and filters straight to today's active stations.
  • Full-Screen Mobile Score Entry: Select your session and station once at the top of the screen, and the setup controls scroll cleanly out of the way—giving coaches a full screen of player rows to punch in scores and auto-advance down the roster in seconds.

See the New Objective 11 in Action

Everything in the October 2026 release is built around a single goal: giving coaches back their time, giving players a clear path to improve, and giving families a program experience they can trust.
