Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 7, 2026

1. Introduction

Objective11 is committed to protecting the privacy of high school soccer programs, coaches, and players. This policy is designed to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. Operator & Contact Information

Objective11 is operated by Garrett Family Holdings, LLC.

3. Data Collection & Purpose

We collect the minimum data necessary for a "legitimate educational interest"—specifically, the tracking of athletic performance for school soccer programs:

  • Student Data: Name, school-provided email, graduation year, position, and Lab performance scores.
  • Coach Data: Name and school email.

4. No Marketing & No Profiling

We do NOT sell student data or use it for behavioral targeting of advertisements. No student profiles are created for any purpose other than those required for the platform's performance tracking functionality.

5. FERPA Compliance (School Official)

Objective11 acts as a "School Official" under FERPA. As such:

  • The School/District retains direct control over the maintenance and use of student records stored on the platform.
  • Data ownership remains with the School/District.
  • We process data only for specific, authorized educational purposes.
  • Parents or eligible students who wish to review or request changes to student data should submit their request directly to the School, which Objective11 will support as needed.

6. COPPA Compliance (Under 13)

Objective11 primarily targets high school athletes (ages 14-18). However, for any athlete under the age of 13, we rely on the "School Pass-Through" consent model. The school provides consent on behalf of parents for the collection of data used solely for school-related sports programs.

7. Data Security & Breach Notification

We use Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) for secure, encrypted storage. In the event of a verified data breach, Objective11 will notify the affected school/coach within 72 hours of discovery.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We will delete all student-identifiable data within 60 days of contract termination or upon a verified request from the school district.

9. Third-Party Providers

Our service providers (e.g., Google Cloud) are contractually obligated to provide the same level of privacy protection as Objective11.
