By accessing or using Objective11, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are representing a School or District, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Objective11 provides a data-driven performance tracking platform for high school soccer programs. The service is intended for legitimate educational and athletic development purposes. The platform utilizes standardized athletic tests, referred to as "Labs," to measure technical and physical metrics. "Lab performance scores" include any data, metrics, or rankings generated from these standardized tests.
3. School Official Designation (FERPA)
To the extent that Objective11 collects or processes student education records, the School/District designates Objective11 as a "School Official" with a legitimate educational interest.
- Direct Control: Objective11 acknowledges it is under the direct control of the School/District with respect to the use and maintenance of student records.
- Data Ownership: Student data remains the property of the School/District.
- Authorized Use: Objective11 will use student data only for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon performance metrics and roster management features.
4. User Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Coaches must ensure that only authorized personnel have access to team rosters. Objective11 reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise student privacy.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading performance data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to build advertising profiles.
- Harass, intimidate, or bully students through the platform.
6. Data Destruction
Upon termination of a service agreement or a verified request from a school official, Objective11 will securely delete all student-identifiable data within 60 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, software, and design are the property of Objective11. Raw performance data and student records remain the property of the respective School/District.
8. Limitation of Liability
Objective11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
Significant changes to these terms will be communicated to school officials. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
